KARACHI: Separate rain-related mishaps electrocuted two people in different parts of the city on Saturday.
According to rescue sources, 28-year-old Nawaz died when a high tension wire fell on road in Buff
er Zone area, resulting in the running of current in gathered rainwater, claiming the li
fe of Nawaz.
The body w
as shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital
for an autopsy.
Meanwhile, an eight-year-old child Hassnain was severely electrocuted at his home in Mithadar Railway Colony. The body was moved
to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre
for an autopsy.
