When considering your new construction project, residential or commercial, the HVAC system is an important feature that should be carefully engineered and installed.  KTM staff has over 15 years experience and will give you the information you need to make a wise choice.  We strongly encourage you to have your project be LEED Certified.  

Correct sizing of the unit isvery important.  If it is too small, the unit will have to overwork to maintain the requested temperature, shortening the lifespan of your equipment.  If the unit is too large, it will short cycle and won't produce good heating or cooling.  

 Some options for you to consider:

1.  Solar passive or active.  
2.  High efficiency furnace and cooling.
3.  Radiant heat or forced air.
4.  Evaporative cooling or refrigerated air.
