   Tree removal only for wild fire prevention as required.  Wood is either chipped or cut to burn in wood stove.

   

Geo tech and engineering studies called for 20' caisson foundations.  The concrete is pumped down 20' to prevent seperation.

   

ICF block walls provide insulating quiet and thermal mass for energy efficiency.  Windows and doors and framed in before concrete pour.
