If the pipes are behind the drywall, which has been painted, and the tub has tile and the kitchen sink sits in the cabinetry.......doesn't it make sense to hire one contractor that takes care of it all??
Self performed means we have the master craftsmen working for KTM in most trades. So if the pipes behind the drywall have a leak, our plumber will fix the leak, the drywall team will fix the drywall and our painter will touch up the paint. One phone call does it all!
